Mount Vernon High School

The Mt. Vernon Girls Golf team wrapped up their season at the Sectional on Saturday taking 5th out of 12 teams at Fendrich. Freshman Libby Reese brought in 96, senior Hadley Weatherford 102, sophomore Emily Jones 104, and sophomore Aubrey May was the fourth score with 106. Junior Shelby Lang shot 114. The Wildcat's had a very successful season for a young team, finishing with an overall record of 47-23, taking 3rd in PAC Conference, and 2nd in both the Lady Wildcat and Forest Park invitationals. Libby Reese also earned All-Conference for the 'Cats. Congratulations on a great season ladies!
