The Mt. Vernon Boys Golf Team had a good night on the links at Western Hills by defeating Tecumseh 174-204. The Wildcats split their team into a Maroon and Gray team to enable all Seniors to play. The Maroon team was led by Brennan Austin 38, Preston Russell 42, Nathan Craig 45 and Mason Higginson 49. The MV Gray team scored a 194 with Jake Carlisle leading them with a 42, Reese Harshbarger 50, Nash Hostetter 50, and Ryder Snodgrass 52. The Cats will go to Quail Crossing to take on Boonville and South Spencer this Thursday.
