MVXC is proud to announce that 3 runners will represent MVHS at next week’s IHSAA Regional. All runners battled less than ideal conditions and we commend them for their efforts. The new format made it tough enough but the wind also played a huge factor in preventing career PRs again this weekend. However, they were challenged to give their best efforts of the season and as a result, most were close to those PRs! 3 individual runners advanced to the next round. MV was led by Senior Krissy Bazan who ran a great race and qualified as an individual. The freshman duo of Makayla Schneider and Maddie Abel followed Bazan’s pace to earn a regional spot next weekend. The Regional will see approximately 200 runners toe the line in each race at Angel Mounds. Congratulations to all of MVXC for making great strides this season!
