Evansville Sectional at The Farm Golf Course - Par 70 The Mount Vernon Lady Wildcat golf team wrapped up the team season at the Evansville sectional Saturday with a score of 361. The team’s score was the 4th overall of 12 teams for the tournament. The top three advancing teams included Castle 293, Reitz 322, and North 329. The Wildcats were led by Senior Libby Reese, who brought home 77, 6th best score overall and the top individual advancing to the regional for her third straight year. Sophomore Addison Pickett carded 92, a tie for 20th overall individually, which was the second best score for the ‘Cats. Senior Attalia Wolf had a respectable 95, 22nd best individually. Junior Elise Williams recovered well toward the end to bring in 97 for the 4th team score. Junior Joslyn David brought in 101, her personal best for the 5th score. The Wildcats had a great day overall and a very successful season with a 42-21 overall record and a 8-5 dual match record.
