Mount Vernon High School

Mt. Vernon High School proudly hosts the IHSGW South Regional for girls wrestling this year! This is the initial tournament as the girls aim to advance to SemiState and ultimately the State Finals. We encourage you to attend this exciting event as several schools will join Mt. Vernon in this first step toward the championships. The gates for fans will open at 8 am CST. Please use 700 Harriett Street, Mt. Vernon, 47620 as the address. The Main Gym doors, located by the flag pole and electronic sign, will be open for fans. Tickets are $10 cash only at the gate. For those who cannot attend, all matches will be live streamed via TrackWrestling. The top 4 girls in each weight class will advance to the IHSGW SemiState at Mooresville High School on Friday, January 5, 2024. The ultimate prize will be on the line on January 12, 2024, in Kokomo.
