Mount Vernon High School

The Pocket Athletic Conference released All-Conference Selections for Boys Basketball on Saturday afternoon. Seniors Nicot Burnet and Jackson Clowers both received all conference honors. Nicot was named to the 1st team All-Conference for the third straight season. Burnett finished his career 2nd all time in scoring for the Wildcats with 1349 points. As a Senior, he averaged 16.1ppg, 4.8rpg, and 1.9apg. Clowers was named to the 2nd team All-Conference after being an Honorable Mention Selection last season. Jackson averaged 13.2ppg, 5.2rpg, and 1.3apg during his Senior season. Nicot and Jackson helped lead the Wildcats to their first winning season since the 2012-13 season and the first Sectional victory since the 2016-17 season. A huge congrats to them both on great seasons and careers for the Mt. Vernon Wildcats!
