The Lady Cats wrestling team took on county rivals North Posey in their first ever IHSAA home opener dual. Micah Lamberson wrestled her first ever match showing a lot of skill and got her first takedown of the season. Natalie Kuhn and Desirae Reese dropped hard fought matches to two returning IHSGW State Qualifiers. Attalia Wolf started off the season strong with a pin in 53 seconds. Forfeits were received by Justice Stillwagoner, Jaylan York, Maddy McCarty, Alison Greene, and Cammie Ritchie. The Lady Cats would win the dual 36-23. They are back in action next Monday at Apollo High School.
