The Wildcats XC teams continue to show improvement. Tonight both teams traveled to Gibson Southern for the Allen Hopewell Invitational. Marcus Reicken tied an all time personal best finishing 16th with a time of 18:40. Avery Capes and William Lemberg finished back to back at 43 and 44. The boys team had a few new runners participate unofficially as well. Freshmen Landon Stotler turned had a impressive performance with an unofficial time of 19:38 which would of made him the second Wildcat to cross the line. The lady Wildcats had a great showing as well as Freshmen Madison Cooper turned in another personal best of 22:41 finishing 11th. Makayla Schneider had a season best 24:14 to ribbon finishing 26th. Maddie Abel also improved this week with a 26:11 finishing 44. The teams have this weekend off as they prepare for the Mater Dei Invite.
