Girls Soccer beats North Posey on Senior Night. The girls soccer team pulled off a 4-0 shutout of rival North Posey to close out the regular season. They celebrated the 6 seniors: Ella Sponn, Taylor Ellison, Lorelai Boyd, Natalie Kuhn, Abigail Powell and Jaylan York. The game started off by Ella Sponn taking the ball down the field and just missing on a one v one with the North Posey keeper. Minutes later Sponn again went to goal this time by intercepting a pass from North Posey and burying it in the back of the net to put the Lady Wildcats up 1-0. There was no looking back as Sponn went on to lead the Lady Wildcats with three goals. Freshman Olivia Staib rounded out the scoring. Assists in this game went to Micah Lamberson, Paula Martinez, Emma Jade Brenner and Lorelai Boyd. The ladies will open up sectional play on Thursday next week.
