The Mount Vernon Wildcat swimmers and diving teams competed in a home meet tonight and brought the Christmas spirit to life! Our girls team had 2 very solid victories over North and Central and our boys team, down a pivotal swimmer, put a good fight forward despite the setback to beat Central and stay within range of North. Several swimmers stepped up to fill spots and swim some new events. The teams will refine things tomorrow and be back in action Saturday in an important local showdown at the DAC.
