Mount Vernon High School

Peyton McDaniel will represent the Mount Vernon Swim Team this week competing at the Speedo Junior National Championships. The fastest 18 and under swimmers must earn qualifying time standards to compete on this national stage. Peyton qualified last spring with her 50 meter freestyle swim at the Speedo Sectionals. Her butterfly events will be bonus swims, offering her a chance to test herself and sharpen her skills against the best of the best. Good luck to Peyton; this is quite an accomplishment.
