Mount Vernon High School

The Mount Vernon Swimming & Diving teams kicked off their holiday training with a lactate set, followed by their annual cereal Friendsgiving celebration. Swimmers completed 6 x 100s all out every 6 minutes off the blocks working up an appetite and enjoying the satisfaction of a day of hard work. The teams are gaining steam and settling in to training. The Wildcats return to competition on Thursday November 30th with a home meet against North & Central at 5:30. This will be the 3rd meet for the girls and the first for the boys. Go, Cats!
