MV Football vs Pike Central (56 - 27) Win Mount Vernon Football improved to 2-1 on the season beating Pike Central on homecoming. MV outscored Pike Central 35-7 in the second half to pull away for the victory. Nash Hostetter was the star of the game, catching 10 passes for 258 yards with 4 TD's, including a 79 yard score. Ryder Snodgrass was 18-25 for 326 yards with 5 TD's passing. On the ground, MV was led by Grant Lippe with 24 rushes for 224 yards, including 2 TD's.
