The Wildcat swimmers took two victories in their season opener against Gibson Southern and Tecumseh tonight in commanding fashion. The scores were: MV 72 - Tec 28 and MV 71 - GS 29. Highlights include: sweeping the top 2 spots in 4 events and freshman, Peyton McDaniel swam an automatic State cut time equivalent in the 100 butterfly, just off the Mount Vernon record by .3 seconds.
