The Mount Vernon swimmers and divers competed tonight against a solid squad from Evansville Christian School. The Wildcats were outstanding overall and in some very key races. Highlights include Ozzy Jankowski's 100 fly and 100 back that moved up the Top 16 time to the 3rd fastest butterfly and 7th fastest backstroke. Other double wins came from: Jaley Hamilton 50 & 100 free), Andrea Rutledge (200 & 500 freestyle), Ryan McCullom (200 & 500 freestyle), Peyton McDaniel (100 fly and 200 IM) and John Thomason (200 IM and 100 Breaststroke). Winning performances came from: 200 Medley Relay- Ella Wells, Malley Wagner, Andrea Rutledge, Jaley Hamilton Jaxston Raben, John Thomason, Ozzy Jankowski, Eli McFadin Diving- Jaycee Campbell 200 Freestyle Relay- Peyton McDaniel, Isabella Benthall, Malley Wagner, Jaley Hamilton Jaxston Raben, Ozzy Jankowski, John Thomason, Eli McFadin 400 Freestyle Relay- Peyton McDaniel, Isabella Benthall, Ella Wells, Andrea Rutledge Ryan McCullom, Marcus Riecken, CJ Gentry, Camas O'Daniel The teams return to action next Thursday in a double dual against Castle and Boonville (at Castle).
