Mount Vernon High School

The MV Wildcat football team took on the Boonville Pioneers last night. Our team played well on both sides of the ball, resulting in a big 42-22 victory on the road! Highlights and stats from the game are: Shane Krieger 18 carries for 127 yards and a touchdown. He also had 2 tackles for losses on defense Ryder Snodgrass 17-23 passing for 295 yards and 3 touchdowns. He also had 2 rushing touchdowns. Nash Hostetter had 8 catches for 156 yards and 2 touchdowns. Brady Schickel had 4 catches for 70 yards and a touchdown. Logan Clowers had 4 catches for 63 yards. Saint Henderson had 6 solo and 5 assisted tackles. Ryan Lilleston had 9 solo and 5 assisted tackles. Easton Hall had 4 solo and 2 assisted tackles as well as 7 rushes for 44 yards. The Wildcats will be taking on the Gibson Southern Titans at home next Friday!
