Mount Vernon High School

The Mount Vernon football team took on Southridge for the 1st round of sectionals this past Friday. The team played hard but was unfortunately defeated, ending the Wildcats season. We finished with a record of 6-4 on the year. Some stats from the game were: Ryder Snodgrass 22/41 232 yards passing and 1 touchdown. Shane Krieger 26 carries for 54 yards. Luke Weintraut 2 caches for 53 yards and a touchdown. Nash Hostetter 10 catches for 84 yards. Big thanks to the Seniors for all the hard work they put in over the last 4 years!
